Reservoir of Pastviny ( up to 12 km )

The reservoir of Pastviny in the Divoká Orlice valley attracts us not only as an important technical attraction, but above all as a place of summer recreation and tourism. The gravity, arch dam is lined with quarry stone for cement mortar and i tis the last built brick dam in the Czech Republic. There is a hydroelectric power plant on the dam. In summer, the grassy beaches offer the possibility of swimming, relaxation and games for families with children, but also the opportunity to practice water sports and last but not least, the surroundings of the dam attract us to hiking or cycling trips. Also in winter the village of pastviny and nearby villages come to life with tourism, as the nearby resorts have ideal conditions for skiing.
